In-House Roll Grinding Capabilities
In-house capabilities include grinding new and used rolls up to 36” in diameter and 20’ in length. Highly accurate results can be achieved, including the ability to grind most common profiles. We grind true radial crowns, convex or concave, straight or stepped tapers, and cylindrical profiles on both new and used rolls.
We also offer roll grinding programs with discount pricing for lots of rolls scheduled on a regular basis. Call or email for more information.
With our truck, we will deliver reconditioned rolls and pick up more for reconditioning on a regularly scheduled day.
